CONTRACTS

Are you in a business?

Then you must have an idea about contract...

What is a contract?

A contract is an agreement between two or more parties to do, not do, or promise something. Contracts can come in many forms — they can be oral or written, implied or express, and legally enforceable or not. The strongest contract, in terms of enforceability, has an offer, acceptance, consideration for the exchange, clearly sets out the terms of the agreement without ambiguity, and is signed by the involved parties with proper capacity to enter into the contract. When it comes into business do not underestimate the importance of putting everything in writing. For example in music contracts (especially). You cannot trust promises or any verbal agreement. Anything and everything that is discussed must be put in writing in business contracts.

You may ask, how about oral contracts? But honestly, there is no way to prove something a hundred percent unless you have written and signed business contracts or several unbiased witnesses.

Signed and Sealed!
